Thanks Finn, that is a real one. Two conversations opened quickly after each other race, and the slower response lands last. Same root cause as the ticket from June.

Keying the boundary on the thread id fixes it. Priya is on it, should be in the next deploy.

Escalating a report from a customer on the enterprise plan. Their inbox shows the previous thread for a second when they click a new row, then swaps to the right one.

I can reproduce it on staging with slow mode on. It looks like the reading pane keeps the old content while the new one streams, instead of showing the skeleton. Screen recording attached.
